Month of July has passed and time for another monthly newsletter has come. While tourist arrivals and investors confidence are returning, coming so called “high season” is full of expectations and undoubtedly for reason.

For few years now, we have heard rumors of golf courses starting to build up around Mae Phim Beach close vicinity. Well, now those rumors are intensifying saying there are not just 1 but 2 separate golf courses under the last planning stage coming up within 15 or so minutes from Mae Phim Beach, some even claiming they are already started. We are not going to confirm these details yet but certainly this is good news for golf lovers around Mae Phim Beach.

Another positive news we can mention is that Bangkok was chosen the “World’s Best City 2010” by readers of the Travel & Leisure magazine which caters to the luxury travel market, leaving behind cities like Rome, Sydney, Florence, Barcelona and New York.     

Construction progress

Despite the ongoing Monsoon season, construction of the Avatara Condominium building A is progressing well ahead of schedule. Construction started to work in 2 shifts to beat the possible delays due to a rain. Currently 3rd floor topping and column is casted and formwork of beams for 4th floor has started. Although official construction for building B is scheduled to start last quarter of the year, piling works has commenced already.
