Month of April has passed and as usual year after year, we are moving into our so called low season in terms of visitors and enquiries. Having said that, I must also note that we are still receiving much higher number of enquiries as we have had last years during the same period, confirming the fact that markets are returning at good speed.

Month of April is also time for the annual Songkran festival, those of you who have experienced it firsthand knows it can get pretty wet to say at least and those who hasn’t, should!
Songkran is the traditional Thai New Year water festival which starts on April 13 every year and lasts depending locations up to a week. Although the Thai people officially changed the New Year to January 1 in 1940 to coincide with the Western business world, the traditional Songkran Festival is still celebrated as a national holiday in Thailand.

Although Songkran festival has changed to a biggest water war and fun party in the world over the years, it still has its traditional side which is celebrated across country.

Looking at our other ready to move in projects, Seaview condominium is nearing sold out phase, as of this moment only 2 units left with great prices. Bali Residence and Mountain View Residence still have some great ready to move in bargains, whereas Seabreeze Residence is now sold out project!

Sales news

During April, Avatara family had 5 new bookings, congratulations for all new owners.

April had only one Exhibition which ended the “season tour” in Helsinki. “Koti Ulkomailla” expo or Homes Abroad as it is in English was held during the first weekend of the month. Response was great and visitor amount increased by nearly 30% from previous shows which is great trend towards busier times.

Coming exhibition where we have confirmed our participation is: 

1. Smart Expo, Hong Kong, 4-5.6.2011.

Autumn expo places and schedules are currently on table and are to be released as we confirm.

 

Our show trip days to Koh Chang from our projects in Bangsaen and Mae Phim are:27-29.5, 24-26.6, 22-24.7
