It is once again time for our monthly news letter. Remembering the contents of the last month news letter where I mentioned monsoon season being not that heavy in terms of rain, ironically it did turn to be the heaviest floods Thailand has seen ever in some areas during the last couple weeks of October. 

Although Mae Phim was spared from any major floods but many other areas, mainly those next to the rivers were indeed badly affected and it was widely distributed in news around the world.

Floods are currently calming down at good speed and since few days ago we started to receive our first strong dry season winds with blue skies which are good news for locals affected by floods and tourists alike.

Month of October also saw “topping off” celebrations for Avatara condo building A which was celebrated with contractors and Logans sales next to the roof top swimming pool. I must say that the views from the pool area are truly breathtaking.

I also must mention here that our Avatara concept is expanding with the new release of Avatara Residence, Koh Chang, White Sand Beach. Following the same concept, great designs, perfect location and affordable prices Avatara Residence Koh Chang will offer the utmost choice for those looking for Island lifestyle with modern living. This release is scheduled for first week of November.  

 

Construction progress
  • Concrete structure completed.
  • Block works on 2nd and 3rd floors are 95% complete.
  • Block works on 4th floor is 85% complete.
  • Block works on 5th floor has started.
  • Plastering on 2nd floor is 90% complete.
  • Plastering on 3rd floor is ongoing.
  • Electrical and sanitary piping follows block works

 

Sales news

Our exhibition tour visited Sweden and Finland in October, while interest towards Avatara concept remains good, we had 5 new reservations and good number of prospects signed up. Last fairs of the year where we have confirmed our participation are:

  1. Homes Abroad Fair, Goteborg Sweden. 6-7.11
  2. The Ultimate Property Fair, Bangkok Thailand. 30.11-6.12
