September has passed by and few more weeks of monsoon season is ahead after which we are blessed with continues sunshine, calm seas and comfortable breeze. Although we did not have very wet monsoon season this year, I can’t wait to pack my beach wear and head on to a beach for some relaxation.

September was following the same trend in terms of enquiries; we had 5 new bookings for Avatara and good number of new prospects whom we are currently in touch with.

In recent months Thai Baht has been very strong currency, strongest levels against many major currencies in years or ever recorded. There has been much speculation for the reasons but major facts being the high GDP growth and exports despite the unfavorable exchange rates for this sector. However, last weeks we have seen major trend to the other direction, for example Swedish Kronor being now stronger level than it has been for a very long time making it perfect time to purchase your property now!

We were pleased to have our first 7th floor customer Mr Michael from Sweden to visit his actual unit and he was very pleased he decided to purchase his property from Avatara. “Mae Phim is really an idyllic; 3 km stretch of beach with clear water feels so untouched. The Avatara concept is great, I’m usually not a big user of swimming pools, but with this magnificent view I will spend hours there. Beams started for roof slab (8th fl) opposite side to swimming pool. Floor beams for swimming pool and swimming pool floor is ongoing. Block works and plastering is ongoing on 2nd and 3rd floor, electrical and sanitary piping follow block works. Underground works and ground slabs is ongoing.

Our series of exhibitions continues in Thailand and over seas. Expo at the luxurious Bangkok shopping mall Emporium was on the way while last month news letter came out which was followed by shows in Warsaw (Poland) and Stockholm (Sweden). All three shows were very satisfactory and we are now following up the results. Currently we are exhibiting in Pacific Plaza, Sri Racha. We have confirmed our participation in following shows this year:
