Project Progress:
The project preparations and start up works are in full process. Construction Permit has been received, officially approved and signed. Main Contractor has been selected and piles has been ordered as planned. Mobilization is in hand and Official Construction Start on April 1st is confirmed.

Sales News:
Our sales progress continues its very strong move and Avatara Condominium might possibly be the most successful project in Thailand this year.  56 condominium units has been sold by today, 13 units remaining and out of 6 shop-units only one available.

If you haven’t book your unit yet, you need to hurry to get your own condo at Avatara, right at Mae Phim Beach. If you already are a lucky owner – you should tell your friends and give them a hint about this great opportunity.
